The Girgarre Community Cottage (Established 1984) is a safe space that has been providing friendship, learning, help, fun and laughter for 40 years and is looking forward to the next 40 and beyond. Join classes, learn skills and socialise with others.
We are here to ensure community members have access to all essential services needed to thrive. If we cannot assist, we can connect you with people, groups, or organisations that can. Confidentiality is ensured. No query is too big or too small.
The Community Centre exists to help, support and encourage people of this rural area to enrich their lives by making connections and learning new skills
The Girgarre Community Cottage is committed to creating an environment for children and young people to be safe and feel safe. We commit to using best practice standards in the recruitment, screening, and employment of the Girgarre Community Cottage employees and volunteers so they will not harm or exploit children and young people who are involved in our programs, services and facilities.
